                                                                     Ferro cement sheet

Date:- 12 sept 2017

Aim:- To make ferro  cement sheet.

Requirement:- Tools and equipment construction  tool welding machine shearing machine.

Material:- sand, cement, water, welding mesh, chicken mesh, 6 mm tarshan bar gi wire 26 gauge etc

Procedure:- select job to be made. make 45*45 cm ferro cement sheet ( you can select different dimension based on locally available job and needs.)
                  1) cut 6 mm diameter rod into 4 piece of 45 cm length.
                  2)weld these rods to make the frame 45*45 cm dimension 
                 3) cut chicken mesh and welding mesh  45*45 cm dimension 
                4) chicken mesh 1 inch hole or 12 gauge.
                5)welding mesh 1 inch*1 inch hole and 2.5*3 mm.
                6)fit chicken mesh and welding mesh to the frame using G.I wire.
               7)Prepare a mortar (1:3 cement:sand mixture)
               8) lay paper on the ground of size more than frame size.
               9) put rod frame on the paper 
               10) put mortar on the frame.
                11) level it using thapi.

observation:-we see next day our sheet is fix properly
